Assassin's Apprentice is my favourite fantasy book I've read so far!! Def worth the read, I've never been more invested in characters ever. It's definitely slower paced but the payoff is sooo worth it.
I used to love bullet journaling but over the I got tired of it. Started feeling like a chore instead of a hobby. I love reading! This just gave me a new hyper fixation thanks 😊

I absolutely LOVED The Wishing Game, but I think the problem with it was how short it was. The concept was so fun, and with Clock Island and all the books she made up. I feel like Meg Shaffler's writing style is a little too simple, and the wishing game could have been at least 400(maybe even 500) pages or an entire triologi since the world, concept and characters are sooo good. I haven't read The Lost Story yet, but I feel like it might suffer from the same issue. Also loved thhis video, these types of videos are the absolute best thank you
If you want stakes and a fantasy that’s easy to get invested in, I definitely recommend the Rachel Gillig duology One Dark Window and Two Twisted Crowns!! My favorite fantasy of the year so far 🥰
The Realm of the Elderlings by Robin Hobb is one of my all time favorite worlds. The character work is so well done. I can’t wait until you give the series a try! 🐺
