One would assume at first that sensitive and cooperative means meak or submissive, however... kindness if it is truly kindness is extremely democratic. And to believe in it as a virtue, you have to have a higher ideal, and it must apply through the lens of this ideal, not just relationally (just because for example my mother is my mother and so on) or customarily. Im extremely distrustful of authority and heirarchy or custom for it's own sake almost makes me uneasy.

Perhaps the difference between a bad Jupiter in Libra and good Jupiter in Libra is the use of violence to achieve the new order or a peaceful means for a new system, the breaking of law to make new laws or choosing for more democratic meas to bring about system overhaul and being an invader or being a Buddha! Very extreme placement. Clearly the placement for a bigot or one with very rigid ideology. And also one of great reward. All these people are very rich and influential.
