I am still amazed at what they could do with the Super Nintendo 16 bit system as far as music is concerned! Not only did the music sound awesome… But the music composers seem to be more motivated and accomplished so much more with what little they had! For example, Super R- Type never got any consideration for best soundtrack in a video game and yet it surely did deserve it! The SNES will always be, for me, one of the best sounding cartridge video game systems ever!
