I would recommend ALL of the books from Elsie Silvers chestnut springs series!! Flawless has the 1 bed trope, Heartless has grumpy single dad/sunshine FMC and all of the books embody found family. 10/10 recommend all of them

I think I can read slow burn romances bcz I love when there's a good long development of the relationship btw the mmc and fmc but I haven't read many yet so I'm not so sure.
