    In the past year I’ve moved from slightly winning at .05/.1 to consistently crushing 1/3 for 15BB per hour and started getting into plo winning 25 bb / hour at 1/2. Started with a 400$ bankroll now worth 26k

    Are there gonna be prizes for getting a really good score on peak GTO?
    Competition or something?
    I hate the game, and don't care for peak gto.
    But I d be up for getting some kind of prize.
    So I'd sign up if there was some kind of incentive.

    What would you suggest for those of us landlocked in states where poker may not be legal, but we want to get better and all we can do is play the home game or bar poker?

    Gonna assume…
    Find a game you can beat
    Play it often
    Keep a proper bankroll

    I only play PokerStars power path freeroll satellites, very soft fields which leads to decent chance to get a ticket to bigger games than I usually play. Already got one 109$ ticket, too bad I did not make it into money in the tournament I chose. But freeroll satellites, why not.

    Heyy Jon! Great stuff on your channel. Iv been watching you for about 4 months and have learnt heaps. Could you do a class on playing with fishes(Players that raise to 20bbs with Qjo from any position because they think its a good hand) i find it hard to put such players on ranges because they consistently chase with junky or marginal hands and don’t understand positional power. Any tips? Im new to poker and have so much to learn

      Literally wait for premium hands and punish them… wait for Aces / kings queens / Ak And when they raise to 20 bbs and there’s another call or two.. 3 bet to a much larger amount

      @ Yea i play fairly tight. But with an Ante in play, i can only wait for so long. When i hit, i always punish, but chasing with marginal or junky hands isn’t solid poker. That’s the trouble i find. Thanks for your insight bro. Reply to this if you have more to give💪🏽

      Call them off with strong hands and don't give them any free cards, look for soft bets to check raise or just bomb flop and turn

    • @joebowl8315
      @joebowl8315 7 дней назад

      If they are gonna chase the only thing u can do is load the pot so they cant get away from a jam on turn or river and end up missing

      If u know for sure tho, 20bb bet is a pretty easy fold for most hands so don't gamble on a bad read lol

      Dumb question

    • @AlphaSkewber
      @AlphaSkewber 7 дней назад

      Usually tournament ranges are a bit wider due to no rake + big blind ante, also the ranges are going to change based on stack sizes and cash is usually much deeper stacked than tournaments
