Then there's the original touches like the size comparison, and the call backs like 'crab' when she mentions a scale that takes off 2kg every time you step on it. It's all just so well done. The thing with japanese is, they walk a lot. Like in a day, they can walk for like 5km maybe. So it's like 2,5km per trip. In-out trip is 5km. But indeed not everyday. But it's still.. They walk more than US ppl and also indonesian. Edit: idk how much 5km is in miles and steps

People criticize fast food wrongly, it's not really that unhealthy unless you're downing 3 full meals with sidedish and treat a day every frickin day. A burguer is basically a grounded steak with a salad in a bun that barely fills half of a normal sized dinner plate.

Counting calories is unnecesary and unefficient, but you definetly should have normal size portions and ONE portion at a time 😆 You can always try the other flavor tomorrow 😉

The result is that i neither gain nor lose weight. I am always at 45kg, and it has been there for the last 20 years. Might just be my body metabolism.
It's portions that matter most, it seems. A science teacher in America ran a diet eating only McDonald's for a year, and ended up losing weight. His portion control was good, and the idea of the food being super bad for you all by itself seems to usually be exaggerated.

Might need to not move much and do nothing except gorge on food for the whole year. The less your body need to burn energy the more waste/fat is left behind.
