Larry over LeBron. People may think LeBron is better because he played longer, but Larry at his peak was at a different level. 3 chips, 3 straight mvps. If he hadn’t hurt his back who knows what other accomplishments he would have achieved. 27ppg 9rb, 7ast on 50 40 90 in the 5 season before he hurt his back.
Solid points on Bird. His prime was unreal, and who knows what he could’ve done without the back injury. I just gave LeBron the edge for his crazy longevity and versatility-20+ years at the top is wild. It’s a tough call for sure.
There are 3 players that have won the MVP 3 times in a row. 2 were centers (Bill and Wilt). Larry was the only non-center - and STILL IS. There is one NBA player with a career that put him in the Top 50 (now Top 60) of Points Per Game, Assists Per Game, AND Rebounds Per Game when he retired. His name WAS NOT Lebron (who wouldn't be there if he retired NOW) - it was Larry "Legend" Bird. No, Lebron was NOT overall better. I don't count the chips so much, as it takes a TEAM to win championships.
How about John Havlicek. Hondo could stand shoulder to shoulder with anyone. Elgin Baylor is very underrated in most all time lists.
Elgin Baylor should definitely have made the list.
Good list. But Larry Bird will always be my favourite player of all time though.

Disagree LeBron is better than bird,it's not close
@ have you seen prime bird before back injury? 3 straight mvps? 50 40 90. 28 9 and 6? Peek for peek, bird is better.

The King is still the King. More than two decades on the paint.
I have it very close between Dr J, Bird and Lebron.
Who do you think should be nunber 1?
Prime Bird over lebron any time any day.
Where’s Kawaii.
He brought the ring to Canada
He should have made the list.
Any list with Bird at number 2 SF or that includes the walking highlight reel of rules violations that is Leflop is a comedy attempt.
Barry, Baylor and Havlicek over Durant and Erving. My 3,4 and 5. My opinion.
These players were/are outstanding talents.
Lebron too high Larry bird is a better forward
@@jasonwece2528 Bird is a Legend
No. Nahh. Never. Bird is a legend but he’s far from LeBron.
My god, I hate text to speech.
Appreciate the feedback! Still experimenting with different approaches-definitely considering real voiceovers for future videos. Thanks for watching.
