I love Pia and Catriona from the Philippines... but when I heard Sushmita’s answer on her 1994 Miss Universe final question, I literally fell off my chair. Agree. Having watched pageants since I was a kid during Dayanara's time, I have always considered her as the smartest beauty queen. Her answer was so simple, so concise and but had too much subatance. Maybe the next is Catriona, but not as concise as Sushmita.
