Fantastic chops but inappropriate time. I'm not Forrest purist by any means but I felt as if the spirit and groove of the song was lost on the chopfest all over a song that begs for simplicity and breath in between the notes. But who am I? Just some guy on RUclips 🤷♂ P.S. Tell Matt Kirby I said "hey, what's up my guy?!"
I had to go back and watch again …. I feel the flops and drops were very well placed and just enough. Very tasteful! Digging it! Wouldn’t call it over-playing by no means , it fits the groove.

I have to agree with Sekou on that one. Live is always more energy and feeding off the crowd
