Greetings from southern Ontario Canada I really enjoyed the video looking forward to seeing this ev pickup here unfortunately it won't fit in my underground garage it will be too big and my apartment doesn't cater to big vehicles or sport utility vehicles
Love the constant badgering about if any of what we're seeing here will be on a production version. I had very high hopes that this was the time for them to really bring forth a viable product to showcase instead of the same old concept approach that seems at least a couple of years away from being a flushed out product.
We're expecting to see the production version of the truck in a few months. They're just doing the dog and pony show with the concept because they can.
I"m slightly concerned about the apple leather. As Ford found out, sometimes making vehicle materials from non traditional materials CAN have its drawbacks. Thinking about their rodent-attracting wiring harness insulation.
For my 2¢, a physical radio volume, and basic heater controls and others, shouldn't be buried under layers of screen taps. Re-configurable screens or not. As a long time Apple Imac user, it's like the old days of PC's is coming to present day cars. Back in the day, instead of something just working, the PC solution is "Well, sure you can do that - Alls you've got to do is......." Maybe let's not make simple access to controls be something folks have to learn before they can operate it. Seems too clever by half. Add to that, when my heater control takes a crap, it's one module to swap out. If the heater control of my giant touch screen goes wonky, it seems like that is going to be a HUGE cost to replace. With little or no changeability between vehicles, this then added cost is just something that just screams planned obsolescence to me.
We were at the Ram Revolution reveal at CES this year, and here's our first take ruclips.net/video/XS2qhLaQEFM/видео.html
Great interview Craig! I forgot the Chicago auto show starts this weekend 🙂

Don't forget the sliding shoe tray.

The comment about where are people putting their foldable lawn chairs was silly. But it would be awesome to be able to haul 6 people

Apple leather...so that's where recycled iPhones are made into.

I feel like the doors aren't going to make it
We all know this vehicle will never be made as is so why even get your hopes up.
