There are only two females singers that would continue their tour in the rain and that is Taylor & Miley. The reason is they are both amazing singers, they are both naturally beautiful. They are not plastered in makeup with ridiculous costumes on and are not worried about their hair and makeup not be perfect they would probably stop the concert i.e the likes of Beyonce, Adele etc.

I think someone has been extremely clever with the cutting and editing here, it is amazing as it runs so smoothly. I may be wrong but I have seen a few videos from this tour and her costume changes one being The Man. She us is brilliant and is actually singing live and is so control of her vocals that this has been possible to do.
