They were not able to get the suspect, but all who are demonstrating on social media about kasongo are known. They are not able to get the suspect but the guy who fought the police for harassing him was caught. And still we pay heavy tax to pay them.

Very incompetent DCI,too much bragging but no action.God will grant justice To the young daughter R.i,p
