Completely agree i would assume that most of us have our fair share of makeup brushes, which means we also probably already have an effective way to clean them we don't need this junk!
I’ve been disappointed with the last few Luxe boxes. They haven’t been very “Luxe” imo. The base boxes on those months have seemed better. If I didn’t have FOMO I would have cancelled. If this month is crap I’m going to. It just isn’t worth the $50 anymore and at the start they put 9-10 products in Luxe now it is always just 8 so you’re paying double for 3 xtra. 😒
It is definitely adorable, but doesn't actually clean anything well. I tried to clean a small sponge, and real techniques sponge and several makeup brushes of different sizes. It swirled the water around. Even with adding Beauty Blender Cleanser, rinsing the water to attempt giving every chance possible, the tools were still dirty and stained. I ended up just finishing washing my tools with my hand.
Please stop with the KAB crap. There are a few things I wouldn't mind getting, but will I get them is the question. Have to wait and see. I think after this month I'm just going back to base.
I agree, KAB is a cheaply made brand...with a big price tag.. though I heard you can find them in Walmart now lol... definitely don't want Walmart stuff in a high end makeup subscription box 🤷🏼♀️
