We are lucky to have a Cong. Acop who investigates the LTO. My hybrid car has not been issued plates and it is 2 yrs. already. The LTO keeps on issuing monetary penalties when they have not fulfilled their simple mandate of producing plates. My RFID, newly installed, kept in failing to be detected and the toll kept on insisting that their scanner is ok. The funny thing is that it works now without my changing it. Please LTO, side with the commuter, fulfill your mandate and do not be an instrument to further oppress the commuters!

The Toll operators are the installers of the RFID and if we make an actual test on a random no. of vehicles, a small percentage of newly installed RFID will not work. Do we penalize the small percentage if defective RFIDs? Is this just? Why defend the big toll corporations at our expense?😩

The ltfrb should be the one to limit or regulate demographically the number of public transportation in a certain areas. That's their mandate.
