Here in the Netherlands I experienced the same. Doctors in hospitals do not want to find what longCovid is. Every doctor is only working with their specialisme. There is no co-working together.

Doctors need to be properly educated on this terrifying disease ASAP. Maeve Boothby died after doctors ignored her pleas for help. Severe ME patients are being denied feeding tubes and left to die all the time because of this widespread ignorance. It’s the greatest medic scand of the 21st century.

If you look at the statistics, less than one half of ONE PERCENT of the population of the US, died from the virus. Brush your teeth often to lower the viral count. It has helped with my Long Covid symptoms. Also, it is my opinion that the Vaccine made my Long Covid worse, or possibly caused it.

I was a major athlete, in my early 30s Veteran and special agent hire, prior to rapidly declining in late 2020/Spring 2021. My major issues are global: Ataxia, small vessel damage, poor perfusion and oxygenation of all tissues, severe dryness and stiffening of tissue, inflammatory joint changes, extreme fatigue, POTS, Orthostatic Hypotension, severe dryness, and according to my biopsies, fibrosis and atrophy of tissue with rare immune infiltration. I also have severe cognitive issues and difficulty with multitasking, focus, short term memory, and much more. This is devastating my CNS and connective tissue. A B-Cell drug is my next try. I am nervous, as I concern for infectious persistence. I had indications of several infections in testing. To include Lyme Disease and Mycoplasma IGM. These labs have persisted for years despite treatment attempts.
Don't forget Glia Plasmalogens & Dr Goodenowe's work huge in treating Neuro inflammation and repairing cell membranes in the heart and lungs. My functional medicine doctor uses it as the first and last line of defense.

Long covid has been directly tied to repressed trauma(s), just like ME/CFS. Address those -- which stress the immune system -- and you'll recover.
