People that don’t deal with shipping have no idea that it has nothing to do with the business shipping the product, it’s FedEx. When there is a delay due to weather you can’t make FedEx deliver. It’s a safety issue. The only thing they will do is refund the shipping charges. Anna is great, and handles the sitch like a Pro.

I feel that calling your type os business as grey market is a negative characterization. Grey market as I know it referred to imported vehicles that weren’t compliant to US specs and were seen as suspect or “blemishes” by some. As you said, you simply resell watches. That’s my 2 cents..

The guy that didn't want the watch unless it was delivered next day. That's what happens when you wait until the last second to get your wife an anniversary gift. Maybe if he wouldn't have procrastinated and got the watch weeks or months earlier he wouldn't be taking out his frustration of him waiting until the last second on her....fact is no one can do anything about a delay due to weather, stuff happens. Which is why you don't wait until 2 days before your anniversary to get your wife a gift.

Go on holiday to the USA, let your watch be delivered to a US Fedex point near your location and pick up in person. No US sales tax applicable as it’s an overseas deal and no import tax cause you pick up at Fedex in the US in person. I have done it before, saves you thousands if it’s a 5 figure watch!👍
