Unfortunately, unless she can prove he knew he was positive she might not be able to do anything. I’m so sad for her. Especially since these days if you are positive you can take medications and the other person take Prep medications and they won’t spread it. I’m so sad for her but she should absolutely go to the police because she probably won’t be the last person he infects😢

My ex was a groupie and I ended up having an HIV scare. Shock is an understatement. My whole life flipped upside down. I was in school and SUPER driven…then all of a sudden the only thing I cared about was being healthy. Luckily, I didn’t contract it, but that experience changed my outlook on life.
And let’s not gloss over the fact that there IS good medication for keeping HIV in check…which means her man not only knew he had it, he wasn’t taking care of himself either. Because someone that’s undetectable can’t spread it, as far as all the science shows. So he’s out here with no regard for himself or others. He needs to be locked up.

The HIV positive lady should definitely press charges immediately. Thankfully HIV isn't the death sentence it used to be. We found out after my uncle died last year that he had HIV since the 90s and only his wife knew. I hope she gets the help she needs and I hope he goes to jail for real smh ❤
You know what's jacked up, they've had that HIV treatment for ages now. They just didn't make it open to the general public. You had to be wealthy to get in. Now, your insurance may cover it 🤷

I personally have seen several instances where a "gut intuition"s not add up as thought and change a person's full trajectory. This happened to a friend of mine like a month or so before she was supposed to be married. People started coming out saying he was gay. Turned out he wasn’t gay BUT he had been cheating for over a year
I personally believe that's almost all these nga's 😂 No doubt you got a small amount of exceptions. But for the most part I have almost never heard of any of these nga's being totally faithful, even the "good ones". They could be a broke, dusty bum nga with a 10 for a girlfriend. Those Partner laws take the accountability off of the person for doing their own due diligence…. As an adult, you have the responsibility to take your own agency, self, body, and health seriously. There are medications that prevent infection, there are condoms that prevent infection, there is testing to help regulate, all else fails, there’s abstinence .. combine all of these tools together and you have a damn near 100% chance of not contracting. No, I’ve met a lot of people accused and assumed someone had something. I use to bring the person that told me to the individual and say repeat it! I’ve also had someone accuse me of an STI and I got tested and came back negative and told the individual if I don’t get an apology I’ll take you to court on deformation of charter. That stuff is serious and if you can make a claim like that stand on it too and you better have proof not this hear say she say bull. Back in my younger days I was dating a girl I just met, we had already went on a couple of dates. But on one of the later dates, she out of the blue, asked me if I’d ever been with a man? I looked at her shocked that she would even asked me that. I said, “Hell MF nah!!!” “Why the hell would you ask me that question?” “Am I doing something that makes you think that? WHY?” She said, she was just checking because you never know these days. I said, I ain’t never been with a man. I really felt offended by her asking me that question. It was in the 90s and when I look back, I understand why she asked that question now. Back then, it was a different time compared to today.
