    very nice video, but the explanation the kinetics is a bit oversimplified to the point where it becomes somewhat incorrect. The increase in phase I can be explained by more and more micelles being "switched on" as the initiator, or more accurately short propagating oligomeric species enter micelles. The phase II is where the reaction rate remains constant as the maximal amount of micelles are switched on. If another propagating species enters an already switched on micelles, it will be switched off. As pointed out correctly in the video, also fresh monomer must enter the micelles from the monomer droplets through the bulk phase.
