So, fun fact, Shiraishi was actually my least favorite boi in the main CxM but he *really* grew on me after his good ending and the Unlimited fandisc. He was kinda shafted romance-wise but his route really made me understand that he's not twisted (at least not like I thought in the main game) but more like... very pure? Like a child who just wants to be loved? Who wants the normal stuff he never got before? I don't know how to explain it but in one go he stole #2 in my list (very closely behind my #1, Okazaki) from Yanagi, who held the title before then. And this song fits him so well. Thank you so much for uploading this, I could kind of understand the feeling of the song even without knowing what the lyrics meant, but this added a lot more depth to the song than at first (and it got Shiraishi closer to the #1 spot. Okazaki needs to watch out).
@@aozora606 So here's an update: after replaying both Okazaki's and Shiraishi's routes in CxM and Unlimited, Shiraishi has officially sniped 1st place in my favorite bois ranking. Woops! So I'm back here on this video to re-read those lyrics and cry a bit for him on the inside xD
I’m glad to see fellow Shiraishi stans and not slander 😅. He’s definitely my favorite. Didn’t think too much of him during everyone else’s routes, but his definitely made me feel and he is probably my all time favorite LI in any otome game 🥰

In other routes (and even in the beginning of his own route) I was like "hmmm dunno about him" but he totally won me over afterwards (he now has a very special place in my heart because of that xD). I still love Okazaki a lot even after he got blasted down his throne but Shiraishi is just so pure and adorable (I love how he mumbles to himself when he tries understanding stuff)
