Nice work for your first custom. Keep going and sharing your progress. Customs are some of the most rewarding benefits of the hobby. That's what I started with on my channel and I've expanded from there.
Great job! Helpful hint on painting the black plastic or other colors, always primer them first, the paint will last longer that way, goes on easier.

@@ShawnNicklaus i am not far off finisbing my first custom (ford gt race car from a multipack).
I used posca paint pens and a fine brush. The finish is nowhere near as clean as this!
Spray paint is the way to go, so i will be doing that moving forward (apart from when i want the brished look)... never seen anyone sand it down or use the other stuff you used.
Would be interesting to find out more about the things that you used 👍 subbed and looking forward to more
What drill bit did you use?
My little guy is 11 he’s autistic. He loves your videos and is obsessed with the nascar cars!! They’re hard to find where we are and I have yet to get him his first treasure hunt!! Or anything like it!! Any tips on how to find them?
A good tip would be to check the stores when they open. Usually stores stock over night. I hope that helps and thank you both for watching the channel! 🙌🏻
