Liked your video. Tried to eat there today - 11/20/23. However, the server “Carlos” ignored us after our tea was served. When I politely questioned him about this he became rude. We got up and asked to see the manager “Tim”. Tim was dismissive and confrontational. We were looking forward to eating there again- but I don’t think we’ll ever go back.
That’s horrible! I don’t blame you. It gets especially crazy when it gets super busy like this week, but that is just not right!🙁 I’m sorry this happened to you.

New subscriber~catchin up on your older videos. Man I wish you would have ordered the cod! I'm a fish and chip lover :) I love how y'all switch up your orders and always get different things. What you did show was the food showing up immediately when you got your appetizer. THAT would have infuriated me. For that reason I wouldn't want to go there.
When you said the buffalo chips were hot, did you mean in temperature or spice? When I think of buffalo I think spicy, so know my husband wouldn't want it. I would though. Looked like a great menu & of course the custard place sounded amazing. Rich, the au jus in the little cup was to dip your sandwich (think a French Dip) before each bite. When you poured it on, your bun really soaked it up like a sponge. Still looked delicious. Thanks for taking us along!
Good review. Last three times we have been to JT Hannah's we have been so disappointed. Used to be one of our favorite spots. Last time my wife got the sweet potato fries they came out burnt. Got someone's attention and they said wow why did they bring those out ? By the time we got the replacement we were done eating.
Sorry to hear that, sometimes when these places get really busy during peak tourist times you can get sub standard food and/or service. As much as it costs to eat out it is a disappointment for sure. I was a little disappointed in my patty melt when we went.
How about a review of the best cheap eats in Gatlinburg and the surrounding area? And the places that do takeout or curbside pick up. We're coming your way in September for our 40th Anniversary and would love to know what you think are the best cheap eats and deals in the area.
@jennifermountaingirl we're not, but my daughter and her bestie realized you guys were filming so they stayed quiet so that they didn't interrupt your filming. They are typically giggly and chatty teenagers.

They should describe the taste of the dishes better. How about delicious or outstanding? Rich always says good or really good. Jen puts more enthusiasm and you can tell by the expression on her face when she enjoys the food
we live about 2 1/2 hours away in nc and we always eat at jt hannahs, its our favorite place to eat!
