I would say KC is a 8/10 it got a lot of moves an few of them cost bar meter. TW is a 9/10 for the same reason as KC and also having Impale and how annoying it is. (Also TS cheese) TWOH is a 7/10 since you only get combos from barrage or TS and barrages are parriable now. TWHV all proyectiles are parriable, granade is useless, only worth for it's TS a 6/10. Locke is pretty good, it has parriable but really hard to parry spammy moves, lots of unblockable unparriable moves, and prob is the most annoying stand right now 9.5/10 C-Moon is too good is the only stand of all these that can combo M1s into Barrage only for that is alredy a 8/10 but that's not only it. C-Moon got some really good armor moves wich send enemies far away so is a great stand against pressure specs or stands like Locke or Yasuo/Yone so in my opinion is a 9/10 I didn't play enough with SP, Hmaon nor KQ to have an opinion yet.
I would give Locke a 10/10 since it has a simple 120+ DMG combo that only requires 4 moves, you can also spam moves because m1s with Locke simply doesn't connect with each other, it also has a move that allows you to ignore stun COMPLETELY, alot of Lockes moves also DON'T get cancelled it has a low CD AOE stun bomb a grab that serves as a combo extender, though there are some bad moves like the Shock stab and the Kinetic Bomb but overall it's a very underrated stand that needs more recognition. Also if you're wondering what the combo is it is: Stand on E + T + X + G (Optionally you could add the Z move for extra DMG and easy stun you could also do Stand Off E after the Stand On G)
I found a rather interesting bug on the c-moon in general if you spam the V button (Piloting mod button) then the shi moon can become invisible, but only one move works on it and this is "The only one punch "
*__King Crimson__* What I really like about the rework is that they took the saying "King Crimson does not fight, it kills." And implemented it so well with all of the hit-or-miss moves. Visually, I think the particles and the VFX overall looks absolutely dashing. Just everything about to stand from Time Erasure to Hit VFX looks incredibly dynamic. As for Audio, most of the voicelines are taken from ASBR, which I do not mind at all. Gameplay-Wise, the moveset is also inspired from ASB/ASBR as well, which is not a downgrade at all. I wouldn't exactly say that King Crimson allows for Aggressive gameplay, because you can not confirm combos that easily with all of the Hit-or-miss moves you got. UNLESS your opponent is braindead. A fun fact about this stand is that "This is the end!" Can hit ragdolled people. And yes that means you can use it right after Sudden Blow Impale. *__The World: High Voltage__* Oh, how they have massacred my boy... Visually, the stand is... Okay? I mean the particles here and there are nice, there are some re-used assets but it is.. okay. As in Audio, the voicelines are taken from Eyes of Heaven, though I wish they had taken the route they took with King Crimson and gave the "I will kill you" voiceline to Powder shot instead of Body Blow. Gameplay-Wise, sigh... It lacks moves. Like really really lacks moves. Sure, the frags and other ranged equipment can be spammed but like, that shouldn't be it for TWHV. It has so much potential like the gasoline, a cutscene move, silver bullet! I hope the TWHV we have right now isn't the final product. Fun Fact about this stand; If you are going to do a Time Stop combo, please stop using neck snap at the end of it if you've already thrown projectiles. The s cancel them out. *__The World__* I haven't played with this stand, so i'll just summarize it. Visually, unappealing and ugly. almost everything in your arsenal are just re-used assets all around. I mean "You've gone pale" looks like what you'd see in an abd copy. For Audio... Bland. Really bland. Gameplay wise, there are so many moves with minimal windups that you can barely tell that is coming. The Stand just needs a weeny bit of tweaking and balancing. Fun Fact about this stand; Bloodsuck has a world-wide range so good luck trying to miss it. *__C-Moon__* The only thing they fear is somebody that knows how C-Moon works in this game. Visually, I love this thing. The hands got these trail things on them when you are doing moves like Inversion Strike, Palm Kinesis and all. The particles alone look really majestic by themselves. I really hope they did this just because of pvp rework. Maybe in future we gonna get pve content and we could use horses and other fun things that's useless in pvp ( c moon wall walk 💀), but they really enjoyable for just playing around.

Something that people forget about twoh overwrite infusion: it makes any parry-able moves that you have un-parry-able which is a big advantage against people who knows how to parry
king crimson is so fun, and it has some secrets (real!!!!!!!!!) you can activate hyper armor moves and then timeskip into an opponent to land them at a distance huge advantage, you just need to time it correctly by the way, king crimson flashes red when you do a certain amount of damage, and that changes the T move to a donut instead of knocking the opponent away. it also changes i think the tap R and tap T to remove a limb, or some other move.

If you couldn't tell from the video, he didn't test ANY of the moves on players, not only did he miss gravity shift reflecting projectiles, he also said cmoon has STUN (can you believe this guy?) Let's re-rate these stands. Hamon is not a 10/10. Hamon overall tends to lack in neutral as it can easily be outranged and punished while using its so called "OP" moves, just because the move has hyperarmor doesn't instantly mean its good, it overall lacks in range and many moves can be heavily punished if you just wait them out, throwing them out in neutral is a horrible mistake that can get you 180 health down the drain. However it does have some saving graces, for instance, zoom punch, carrying its non-pluck mode by being a fat hitbox that is pretty hard to punish, however if you get parried you are screwed. However, even though I just talked trash on it, its still unbalanced and the entire pluck moveset can be used to punish basically any move that has endlag in the entire game, 9.5/10. Anyway, onto another stand he didn't explain well enough. Another thing he missed, is that C-Moons singularity point is ranged! Overall, C-Moon is a 9/10, very braindead, spam singularity point in neutral, win. Unparryable projectile. Killer Queen. Man this is a mis-rate, the second you get bar, use yen coin to punish, IT HAS HYPERARMOR! Also, Killer Queen has one of the few hyperarmor grabs in the game, sharing its spot with The World (aka "I AM BETTER!" the stand) and C-Moon with its mid stand-off, now... hyperarmor grabs are some of the most broken moves in the game, not only do they go through block, they are unparryable, BUT THEY CANT BE CANCELLED! That means they are unstoppable! To top it off, Killer Queen's grab costs no meter! (still not as good as TW blood suck) Overall a 7.5/10 kinda lacking in moves as he said. (spam stand off e and power display in neutral.) also kc is an 8.5 out of 10 and i dont even need to explain it, kinda a mis-rate
I kind of agree with some of the things u said but not any of the rating the only good rework that I like is the world because it has set up moves for combos a great heal move and ts, hamon is not good and I see people realizing it since every hamon user I I see alway losing because all there moves are very punishable and not easy to land I’ve had experience with fighting hamon users and it’s very easy to win with little difficulty, hamon is only good if your fighting overly aggressive players because of the hyper armor other than that ur not gonna get much dmg in with it 4/10, kq is also very mid, I barely see anyone use this stand but from what I’ve seen kq is always very bad, it has a lack of moves, doesn’t do good damage, easily avoidable, and lack of combos most people spam yen but again you can easily quick step out of it and take little damage, 5/10 for me. All in all one problem all stand have is a lack of stun I’ve been able to dash or walk out of many combos so many times and I take little to no damage and this also happens with my combos too and it’s very annoying
My personal rating of all reworks/new stands: - TW: 9/10. This rework is op as hell with bloodsuck having a big a** hitbox to impale having hyper armor, this is just it. Definitely is gonna get nerfed tho, legit has two ultimate moves (full power and road roller) along with a TS. Very good indeed. - TWHV: 4/10. It’s TS animation isn’t even done and is just TWOH’s TS animation, need I say more? Legit the entire stand isn’t even done and they released it just like that. Terrible rework, I hope they add more to the stand. - SP: 8/10. It’s very good, and has a ton of good combos to clap opponents along with a TS and BD. Also pretty player friendly. Good rework. - C-Moon: 7/10. Has high damage like SP but just worse. Still very nice rework and has potential to be top tier. - TWOH: 10/10. Everything about this stand is broken. Long a** TS, a move that buffs all moves, high damage, AND A BEATDOWN THAT CAN COMBO EXTEND? Easily the strongest rework imo. - KC: 6/10. Although it may look good on the outside, it really isn’t good on the inside. You can only M1 because there aren’t any true combos that do a lot of damage. And you can hear the KC moves voice-lines when they TE which makes TE basically useless. Pretty decent tho. - KQ: 8/10. Now, where do I begin. Bomb spam is fu**ing busted. Legit 35+ damage moves that you can spam. Peak balance bro. Very good rework. - Hamon: 10/10. Honestly, the ability speaks for itself. Damage is busted with a 80 dmg barrage and a bar you can charge so you don’t need to do damage to get the bar. And the damage is crazy (like bruh why does pluck have a 70 dmg move 💀). Good spec indeed. - Locke: 9/10. High damage, two BD’s, very good combos, basically everything a player could need. Love the rework. And that’s it.
Being annoying is all it's good at, if you're actually trying to pvp, you better hope your opponent is using something just as useless or is braindead cause you're getting massacred with KQ
You guys have to try its move set its cooldowns aren't even that long and it can really do some damage and yes I know they removed bites the dust and bubble bomb but its still very good at close combat you just need to know how to actually fight.
btw i would give c-moon a 10/10 since you can farm Ucoins with it: 1: get heat enough to use B 2: use B 3: get in a high building or in a house 4: use V(auto pilot) 5: now enjoy and kill every thug you want since they cant move
KC's T+ can change depending on the amount of damage you do, it can turn into a donut instead of just knockback when you do like around 60 damage and T chops a limb off. KC is good but please make the counter startup faster ;--;
Heres a fact white snake when the combat rework got in he got no skills with heat, so you could spam them without needing heat now some of them got heat
me tho as a star platinum main I say sp needs a buff in damage everything but the beatdown and time stop, inhale, that little mini beatdown and just yeah like you would rather use sptw over normal sp all because it's way more stronger like a heal, a beatdown you can spam at any hp and a awakening that give you like 5x damage and can do 200+ damage if you use it in time stop
C-moon should be atleast 9-10 because it has EVERYTHING you need with an exception of good heals. Other than that, he has enough hyperarmors, great damage, lots of combo potential and great combo extenders.
I will give a tip for getting locke or hamon:get d4c lt get the three thugs behind and hit them with g until u get love train and wait until they kill their self
The worst part about the update by far was the converted stands/specs. SPTW’s Arm Crush is a lot stronger for multiple reasons, but notably being because of most moves being cancellable and moves being much harder to actually string together, lowering the potential for combo damage. Add in a bearing shot, awakening, and burst TS, and SPTW becomes an annoyance to everyone. Let’s not even bother talking about Yone and Yasuo’s still remaining super armor on all their moves, because i wanna talk about the abomination that is Umbra. Umbra is a consistent killing machine with 120 damage in each combo off rip. That’s not okay. He may not have a finisher like a beat down, but his needed moves have such low cooldowns that it doesn’t matter (also I don’t think there’s any way to confirm into a beat down so you’d have to just get it out of a hard read more than half the time.) Whitesnake has a move with super armor that stuns the opponent for ten seconds. It’s never going to hit a player with experience and just acts as a noob crusher, but that doesn’t make it any less annoying when it does eventually get you. This update is a testament to what happens when you don’t properly convert your old abilities. They either turn into trash like D4C and D4C LT or get compressed into pure gems like Umbra.

If you couldn't tell from the video, he didn't test ANY of the moves on players, not only did he miss gravity shift reflecting projectiles, he also said cmoon has STUN (can you believe this guy?)
Let's re-rate these stands.
Hamon is not a 10/10.
Hamon overall tends to lack in neutral as it can easily be outranged and punished while using its so called "OP" moves, just because the move has hyperarmor doesn't instantly mean its good, it overall lacks in range and many moves can be heavily punished if you just wait them out, throwing them out in neutral is a horrible mistake that can get you 180 health down the drain.
However it does have some saving graces, for instance, zoom punch, carrying its non-pluck mode by being a fat hitbox that is pretty hard to punish, however if you get parried you are screwed.
However, even though I just talked trash on it, its still unbalanced and the entire pluck moveset can be used to punish basically any move that has endlag in the entire game, 9.5/10.
Anyway, onto another stand he didn't explain well enough.
Another thing he missed, is that C-Moons singularity point is ranged!
Overall, C-Moon is a 9/10, very braindead, spam singularity point in neutral, win. Unparryable projectile.
Killer Queen.
Man this is a mis-rate, the second you get bar, use yen coin to punish, IT HAS HYPERARMOR!
Also, Killer Queen has one of the few hyperarmor grabs in the game, sharing its spot with The World (aka "I AM BETTER!" the stand) and C-Moon with its mid stand-off, now... hyperarmor grabs are some of the most broken moves in the game, not only do they go through block, they are unparryable, BUT THEY CANT BE CANCELLED! That means they are unstoppable! To top it off, Killer Queen's grab costs no meter! (still not as good as TW blood suck)
Overall a 7.5/10 kinda lacking in moves as he said. (spam stand off e and power display in neutral.)
also kc is an 8.5 out of 10 and i dont even need to explain it, kinda a mis-rate
I kind of agree with some of the things u said but not any of the rating the only good rework that I like is the world because it has set up moves for combos a great heal move and ts, hamon is not good and I see people realizing it since every hamon user I I see alway losing because all there moves are very punishable and not easy to land I’ve had experience with fighting hamon users and it’s very easy to win with little difficulty, hamon is only good if your fighting overly aggressive players because of the hyper armor other than that ur not gonna get much dmg in with it 4/10, kq is also very mid, I barely see anyone use this stand but from what I’ve seen kq is always very bad, it has a lack of moves, doesn’t do good damage, easily avoidable, and lack of combos most people spam yen but again you can easily quick step out of it and take little damage, 5/10 for me. All in all one problem all stand have is a lack of stun I’ve been able to dash or walk out of many combos so many times and I take little to no damage and this also happens with my combos too and it’s very annoying

My personal rating of all reworks/new stands:
- TW: 9/10. This rework is op as hell with bloodsuck having a big a** hitbox to impale having hyper armor, this is just it. Definitely is gonna get nerfed tho, legit has two ultimate moves (full power and road roller) along with a TS. Very good indeed.
- TWHV: 4/10. It’s TS animation isn’t even done and is just TWOH’s TS animation, need I say more? Legit the entire stand isn’t even done and they released it just like that. Terrible rework, I hope they add more to the stand.
- SP: 8/10. It’s very good, and has a ton of good combos to clap opponents along with a TS and BD. Also pretty player friendly. Good rework.
- C-Moon: 7/10. Has high damage like SP but just worse. Still very nice rework and has potential to be top tier.
- TWOH: 10/10. Everything about this stand is broken. Long a** TS, a move that buffs all moves, high damage, AND A BEATDOWN THAT CAN COMBO EXTEND? Easily the strongest rework imo.
- KC: 6/10. Although it may look good on the outside, it really isn’t good on the inside. You can only M1 because there aren’t any true combos that do a lot of damage. And you can hear the KC moves voice-lines when they TE which makes TE basically useless. Pretty decent tho.
- KQ: 8/10. Now, where do I begin. Bomb spam is fu**ing busted. Legit 35+ damage moves that you can spam. Peak balance bro. Very good rework.
- Hamon: 10/10. Honestly, the ability speaks for itself. Damage is busted with a 80 dmg barrage and a bar you can charge so you don’t need to do damage to get the bar. And the damage is crazy (like bruh why does pluck have a 70 dmg move 💀). Good spec indeed.
- Locke: 9/10. High damage, two BD’s, very good combos, basically everything a player could need. Love the rework.
And that’s it.
Good but the thing is it doesn't matter how high the DMG is like hamon's 80 DMG barrage does it matter if it doesn't have any reliable combo extender?

Being annoying is all it's good at, if you're actually trying to pvp, you better hope your opponent is using something just as useless or is braindead cause you're getting massacred with KQ
It's not good at pvp...if it had either lower cool downs or more attacks it would be better.
You guys have to try its move set its cooldowns aren't even that long and it can really do some damage and yes I know they removed bites the dust and bubble bomb but its still very good at close combat you just need to know how to actually fight.

btw i would give c-moon a 10/10 since you can farm Ucoins with it:
1: get heat enough to use B
2: use B
3: get in a high building or in a house
4: use V(auto pilot)
5: now enjoy and kill every thug you want since they cant move
KC's T+ can change depending on the amount of damage you do, it can turn into a donut instead of just knockback when you do like around 60 damage and T chops a limb off.
KC is good but please make the counter startup faster ;--;

me tho as a star platinum main I say sp needs a buff in damage everything but the beatdown and time stop, inhale, that little mini beatdown and just yeah like you would rather use sptw over normal sp all because it's way more stronger like a heal, a beatdown you can spam at any hp and a awakening that give you like 5x damage and can do 200+ damage if you use it in time stop

C-moon should be atleast 9-10 because it has EVERYTHING you need with an exception of good heals. Other than that, he has enough hyperarmors, great damage, lots of combo potential and great combo extenders.

The worst part about the update by far was the converted stands/specs. SPTW’s Arm Crush is a lot stronger for multiple reasons, but notably being because of most moves being cancellable and moves being much harder to actually string together, lowering the potential for combo damage. Add in a bearing shot, awakening, and burst TS, and SPTW becomes an annoyance to everyone.
Let’s not even bother talking about Yone and Yasuo’s still remaining super armor on all their moves, because i wanna talk about the abomination that is Umbra.
Umbra is a consistent killing machine with 120 damage in each combo off rip. That’s not okay. He may not have a finisher like a beat down, but his needed moves have such low cooldowns that it doesn’t matter (also I don’t think there’s any way to confirm into a beat down so you’d have to just get it out of a hard read more than half the time.)
Whitesnake has a move with super armor that stuns the opponent for ten seconds. It’s never going to hit a player with experience and just acts as a noob crusher, but that doesn’t make it any less annoying when it does eventually get you.
This update is a testament to what happens when you don’t properly convert your old abilities. They either turn into trash like D4C and D4C LT or get compressed into pure gems like Umbra.
Stop trying to buff Umbra that spec is so annoying bruh
