@@Zack_Zander you can clear low level stages for new parts, it's dependent on sanity spent afterall,plus you can get parts daily reviewing other cars. Compared to Dossoles Holiday this event is way more welcoming to new players(what we've seen so far).
I can say it's true from experience, I played on CN when this ran and the car really helped me clear up to IC-8 even though I'm stuck at IC-2 for days because lack of dps it's smooth sailing from there.
Finally Rhodes Island adapted modern warfare method. This will significantly reduce the number of casualties during operation. So operators could be allocated on more important task like go to vacation or taking care of originum slugs.
When these cars were revealed to be the new event mechanic, I just knew someone was going to go around clearing stages with nothing but vehicular manslaughter and it’s glorious
I do love this event. No need to borrow Chalter or whatever. All you need is car. Only downside for me is how difficult it is to get the parts I want. I keep getting chip, I need the other parts.
I use the similar car setting to run Stitch down once he dropped from that god-damned tank-drone in IC-9. Seriously, that level is too damned that I need to relocate about half of my deployed squad after grounding the drone, so I let the cars do the job left.
Why spend DP on deploying Useless Operators like Surtr, Chalter, Mudrock, Silverash, Mountain, Etc, When you can spend that extra DP to run over some drunk Durins?
