I was in South Windsor and I tried to take a picture and I did ok. My main issue was manual focus on a dslr that I haven't been fully trained on. but I did ok. Maybe the next one I will be better on
Any settings to bring the comet to live view? It appears in the video that your camera screen is quite lit, while mine struggles to show anything. I’ve tried with Canon and Olympus.
@@CaptainZ-Y If you want to see it on your live view, make sure your exposure simulation mode is turned on. Also, have your aperture as low as it can go, and raise your iso. My exact settings were ISO 3200 F/5.6 2" and I was able to see it on the back screen.
Interesting!!
It was so cool to witness!

@@legalbeagle6853 Manually focusing on a DSLR is challenging! Zooming in on live view and just micro adjusting the focus ring helps a ton.
Sadly I don't have a camera atm but I did see it tonight and about a week ago in binos 😁

@@WaterfallJoe Thank you for sharing. The exposure simulation is probably what I’m missing.
@@CaptainZ-Y You're welcome!
