Sublimely beautiful work by an incredibly dedicated artist! "90 days on the spot" for the Ogwen Falls painting, and 2 to 10 years to finish one painting from an ongoing group of 30! An inspiring, intelligent, informative interview and demonstration in which Davids sensitivity and perception is so apparent.

I've been to Wales and it has a stunning landscape. Truly magnificent. I would love to be able to paint plein air there. My heart also loves this man as he looks like a male version of my Irish grandmother who I miss terribly.

    Another superb episode Graeme.
David is quite obviously a remarkable painter who clearly takes extraordinary pride in his craft as an artist.
I particularly admire his attention to detail in many of his landscapes and fervently hope that he enjoys continued good health, affording him opportunity to create more of these masterpieces.
Even his pencil drawings are phenomenal, aren't they!
Many thanks for bringing David's work to the fore; well done everyone.
    Nick Harvey.

No....I've always felt driven to paint and expand on my abilities. Of course there have been exceptionally tough times...unfortunately thats the way the art world seems to work. Remember the problems contain the answers...thank you for the comment David
