Its not completely useless if hes just funneling speed into HuoHuo to keep batterying 🔋 the team, after all that skill buffs the speed of whoever its on but yes by putting on huo huo he lost out on more follow up attacks but traded it for ultimates specifically Robins ultimate because that Huo Huo is easily like 200 speed with that contract on her and was using her ultimate to battery robin and others like every 10 seconds, few times in the clip the contract moved her back into a cycle

as a hyper carry jade, you put the skill on yourself so you get double the stacks... it's useless on huohu
