Big waste of money, community college is for local kids just out to high school, still living at home. To hopefully transition to a 4 year school. 18 and 19 year olds left alone is not a good idea. This place has already turned into a ghetto, crime, violence, burglaries... Not a safe place at all.

And the monthly rent for student dorm is off; this feels more of a regular apartment than dorm.
