- The story in The Last Emperor sheds light on the last 14-year reign of one of the strongest Ottoman emperors in the 19th century, Abdulhamid Han. Bülent Inal stars in the TRT drama, which is distributed by MISTCO, as the legendary sultan. Özlem Conker co-stars as Lady Bidar.
TV Drama Weekly met with the stars of the lavish period drama to discuss the research that went into preparing for their roles. Inal and Conker also talk about the global interest in Turkish drama, and why this series, in particular, will strike a chord with viewers around the world.

I am in New York so I came across Ertugrul then Osman and don't even know how but I came across Payithat in that specific order and I was in awe, still am. I simply can't imagine how can someone top a series like Payiyhat, from the script to the subject, decor, music, cast, plots, history lessons, religion etc etc. It is truly a MASTERPIECE! Thank you for the delightful moments while watching it and thank you for the English translation.
Excellent portrayal of Abdul Hamid Han by Bulent Inal. We have been diverted from such great history of Ottoman, this series has really enlightened us. May Allah give highest ajar to Abdulhamid Han.

My deepest respect to all actors/actrees’ who involved...and the crew of course. They’ve made a wonderful movie series. First time i saw just a recommendation from youtube and i absolutely love it!!! Especially when a man come to harem and said that Hünkar is “in debt” with him. I always can’t hold my tears up,i always repeat and repeat that clip. Hünkar crying because he forgotten to recite and send salawat last night.

the beautiful character of Sultan Abdulhamid and His wife. Not a single episode till today, when i saw any episode and i could control myself weeping and missing our Caliphah Sultan. Really great act of sultan Abdulhamid, far better to watch this season compared to fairy tale hypothesise based Ertugrul series. Really billions likes from #Pakistan for whole team!
