Rissa, please go for the heart check,I gave birth on the 8 August 2023, and that's the same symptoms i had.the public hospital which is the government hospital diagnosed me the same things you where given.after taking those asma inhales it's get worse Luck enough I have medical aid, so I went to the private doctor.the doctor sent me immediately to the heart doctor,she said when you're pregnant and give birth a person heart work hard for 2 people and the after you give birth it get tired.i had the same coughing situation,shortness of breath,tiredness,when I lay down flat I couldn't breathe.my dear it is very serious and life threatening situation. They said it is pulmonary embolism.
