- All 2 final bosses (Claycia & Dark Crafter) beaten with no damage in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse for Wii U. You need to beat all bosses with no damage in order to unlock the final challenges.
TIP: If you take damage at Phase 2 (after taking no damage at phase 1 of course), simply die and you'll start from that point again. Keep trying as long as you need. If you don't take damage at phase 2 the game will unlock the challenge, even if you died.
If you're running out of lives, try grabbing the 1-Up. It only appears when you have 0 lives.

I love how Claycia tries to use herself to shield Elline from Dark Crafter, willing to let herself be attacked or even possessed again just so her best friend won’t be in danger. Looks like Elline’s secret diary page stating that Claycia is “totally selfish” isn’t all too true.
Seems Elline was just bitter that she thought claycia betrayed her, like calling her birthday “probably winter” as a metaphor for how cold she is.

I've heard a lot of people complain about how easy and lackluster Dark Crafter is as a final boss.
Well, consider this. Maybe he knows that he wouldn't stand a chance against Kirby in his cloudy form. Perhaps that's why his "boss battle" involves _chasing him as he tries to flee for his life._

I like how they tried to take a bullet hell approach to the final boss. It doesn't necessarily deviate from the original formula of dodge and attack. It was Unfortunate how it was unable to deliver a plethora of bullets besides bombs, and thus creating a more lackluster boss. You could tell the idea was incomplete.

The idea wasn't incomplete at all. He changes the patterns of his bombs almost every time he shoots them. He makes a really good and challenging bullet hell type of boss, and is by no means lackluster.

Rewatching the video however, I still hold the same opinion. The concept is cool in how you navigate, it just leaves more to be desired. I'm sure it might have been fun, and a nice change of pace compared to the rest of the game, just a little mix up would have been cool. A slow and timed homing missile, maybe larger projectiles to navigate around. You know the such. Not minimizing your opinion at all though, if that's how you feel about it, rock on dude.
@@jalencurtis7222 I think it's fine how it is. Sure, he could've done more than just shoot bombs, but he shoots them at varying speeds and different patterns that really keep you on your toes. The idea was still complete. Also if you think the comment is too old, why did you reply?

That's not true. In Mass Attack he was cursed and had full control of his limbs. He wasn't even cursed in this game.

Kirby and the rainbow curse is definitely one of the most underrated Kirby games and definitely deserves more love! Plus dark crafter is probably my favorite Kirby final boss besides magolor

Something I love about this game is that, just like the entity possessing her, claycia's colors are moving rainbows when she has the barrier up
While alot of people hate this games style, personally, I still adore its game play and the way everything looks and feels. The lore of this game is also quite amazing, especially seeing how dark matter tends to be emotionless and care free about what happens to them, while dark crafter fears kirby and took the colors from dreamland to be able to feel happiness.

A ball of clay that comes out of absolutely nowhere, shoots random shit out of his head, and takes three hits to destroy.
Coming from a series that produced Sectonia, Magalor and 02.
The music had more thought put into it than this boss, come on.

All I can say is sure, the final boss isn't the most creative, but at least the music goes with the fast pace of the battle.

Everyone calls Dark Crafter easy but I could never beat him.
Yeah, those people probably modded their Wii U just to gain immortality, it took me a day to beat him. He doesn't need to be harder, he needs more variety.

Very underwhelming for a Kirby final boss, especially after Return To Dreamland and Triple Deluxe.
As a little kid this boss fight was epic until the rocket section.
It's a spin off game, and not every Kirby final boss has to be like it's predecessors. It's not underwhelming in the slightest.

While I do see the point people are making that they could have made the final battle more exciting, calling Dark Crafter a Dark Matter clone seems a touch uncalled for... especially when one stops and thinks.
Remember Drawcia? Take a look at both her and Dark Matter when he first appeared... what do you see? A floating eyeball wearing a cloak.
Dark Crafter isn't the first Dark Matter clone, and odds are high he won't be the last.
That being said... the first phase of this fight looked interesting on paper, but the fight takes both much too long and then ends in a kinda anticlimactic way, and while I do like the setup for the second phase, it pretty much fails to deliver.
Not a CLONE, buuuuuut… the original Dark Crafter isn't Dark Crafter. It is Dark Matter, AKA Gooey, 0, 02, Possibly Nightmare, Somewhat humanoid Dark Matter, normal floating eye Dark Matter, and His True Form, Void Termina, and IT'S True Form, Void, and HIS true form, Void Soul.
HEY!!! Drawcia did NOT have one eye she actually had 0 before cuz... she was a painting that turned into some creepy artist that removed Kirby's "limbs"(he's an amoeba which has no limbs he just grew them)
A easier way to defeat the final boss: get the kirby amiibo

Due to Dark crafter's final phase going absolutely mad with its minefield, I think it is better and more difficult than Dark Nebula.

When it was almost the end and the glasses turn into a monster in kirby's epic yarn when he defeated the sorcerer he does a victory dance but then he has to deal with the knitting needles
I tried to play this game a while back (4 years I think) and it was so difficult for me and my sisters (we were in multiplayer), but the only things I remember of it is the escape level where Kirby escapes some place as a rocket (I have almost no memory of it other than I was the one who beat it) and a sand boss with hands that tried to grab Kirby (I know this happened throughout the game) and a sea level that was so difficult that we quit when we tried to do it over and over.

I don't get why people think phase two is awful? Looks fun to me, yeesh. Pipe down. Number of hits is irrelevant to the quality of the fight. There's a lot of games where the final boss has a long phase one and a chase segment for phase two.

I agree. I think phase two is just fine as it is. Although only having one attack, it still makes it difficult to dodge at time.

This game had a lot of potential. It has beautiful graphics, amazing music, but the game itself is just, meh. I really hate how they reused every boss. I honestly think it’s kinda fun seeing what all the different mini bosses are, like Coily Rattler, Mecha Knight, Acro, etc. what they did with this game was just lazy. And there was hardly any story. Coming from a series with 0, 02, Magolor, Sectonia, And later Star Dream this is honestly just sad. Canvas Curse wasn’t my favorite game either but I LOVED Drawcia. What excuse does this game have. I still play it sometimes, it really is a fun game, it’s just so lazy.
I disagree, this is one of my favourite Wii U (second favourite in fact, only just slightly behind Sm4sh)
