CARNIVAL TIPS: Get An Early Boarding Time!

- Hello Cruisers, welcome to another episode of tip-n-tricks.
As your Cruise date gets closer, you can start the preboarding checking as early as 2 weeks before your cruise. If you want to be part of the first group to get on board, you will need to start your check-in as soon as the clock hits 12:00am EST (depending on the location of your departure port) on the day specified on line to check-in.
Keep in mind, that would be 11:00pm CT the day before and so forth.

I checked in last night and using your tip, I was able to get group A01. It was quick and very easy to do. I'll remember this for future sailings. Thank you for your help!

Question for you....I have 5 cabins connected to my booking. Can I check in for all cabins using this same method?
Great question, each booking is treated individually. You would need to log in, select the first booking, click check-in and select your time. Then go back to your planner to do same for next booking and so forth.
Most don't know about the quick link menu on the right side of the screen and will be slowly entering in their information.
The 5 cabins shouldn't take more than a minute.

How are the Boarding Zone determined. On my next carnival cruise I was able to get a check in time of 10:30 and board zone A05. I
That's a pretty good zone you got.
You will enter the terminal at 10:30, go through the check in process, takes just a few minutes and then about 11am or so, they will start calling zones starting with A01, A02, A03 etc..
Does anybody know is check in time Eastern time or Port time where ship departs? Thank You!
@juancarlosquesada7074 time is based on where the port is located. So if you're leaving out of miami and you're on the pacific coast, it would be nine p m checkSo if you're leaving out of Miami and you're on the Pacific coast, it would be 9 PM to check-in
