He does vocals in a lot of his new songs. They're just all glitched up. But usualy, when ever you hear those vocals, it him. Sometimes, he makes references in his newer songs to his older songs for example using vocals from "Signal" (As Sonny Moore) in "Scatting" As Skrillex. Also instrumentally, like, listen to "Leaving" As Skrillex. then listen to "Copaface" As Sonny

He can still sing, he just doesn't want to take the risk of doing damage to his vocal chords forever, making him unable to speak at all. I'm pretty sure he still does do vocals, just not as much as he used to.

And in a video called "Skrillex Listening To Mr. Skeleton" he sings "Hear it for New York!" really well too. You know what? Sonny will keep his amazing voice. FOREVER
I love Sonny Moore, and I love this song. But will somebody PLEASE explain these lyrics to me? People say he's a "criminally underrated songwriter", and I'm not saying thats untrue. I dont cant make a bit of sense out of 90% of these lyrics.
