Oh my god! This was my best experience in making fish.. I was making fish for the first time and I saw this video, it always used to be my mom who used to make any other fish but I had promised her that I will do it this time.. (tho I didn't know) so I saw this video and made fish and trust me, this was delicious! Spice Eats I have tried out all but always got disappointed. Either the fish has a smell ( not stale smell but something different) , or it is extremely bony so I have stopped buying. I use salmon but nothing like freshwater fish.

This is awesome n I do the same way....but if it's an iron pan it makes a big difference ....the outer crispy texture with inside soft ones look very tempting ♥️🥰
I made this tonight and it was very good! I opted to use catfish steaks because I've never seen the suggested fish in either of the fish markets I frequent. Thank you for being so detailed about the cooking times on each side, and how many times to flip the fish. That took the guess work out, and my fish was tender inside while nice and crusted on the outside. I'll definitely make it again. :-)
