琉球の創世神アマミキヨが天からこの島に降りてきて国づくりを始めたという、琉球神話聖地の島です。

The island over there is Kutaka Island, which is called the island of the gods.
It is the island of the sacred place of Ryukyu mythology where Amamiyo, the creator of Ryukyu, came down from the heavens to this island and started to build the country.
Please enjoy the energetic sunshine and the soothing sound of the waves while looking at Kutaka Island in the distance.
