Great reaction and spot-on analysis Alan. This is a very special song for the band indeed and for us fans as well. Glad you enjoyed it and it hits everyone in the feels too. Keep the Nemophila coming! Speaking of that classic rock sound (GNR, Whitesnake, etc.) give another up and coming Japanese band, WHISKEY DUST, a listen. I think you'd enjoy them too. 🤘
Love this song. It is a very emotional song for them as well as me. I will echo Mr Far Gun in recommending Whiskey Dust, a Hard Rock band out of Japan.
Good summary. For even more emotion, check out the other live-streamed version where the four band members welcomed back drummer Tamu after the birth of her first beautiful daughter by dedicating the song to her. You will then see why this song is so special to Nemophila and fans. You may need tissues.....
@@alan-reacts65 Alan, I also hope you watch the live-streamed version. It gets this old softie every time I watch it. In addition to Tamu returning after the birth of her child, the guitarist Hazuki was celebrating her birthday. Here is the link if you haven't already watched it - ruclips.net/video/HFnEYhbEAqg/видео.html
Love this band and this song. Mayu has her ear piece out, so she sounds a bit off in spots. Knowing their backstory helps to understand the impact of this song.
Alan, missed out your first reaction to this band so ... nothing to say about that one. Based on this song, good musicians but ....... (in this live-version) I think the backup vocals sounded better than the lead vocalist (off key). Think I have to listen to more songs of them to have another opinion.
This song was one of my first listens to this group and just got me hooked. Love these ladies. Happy Birthday Mayu! 10 November. 🎂🫶

That’s fair ☺️
If you notice Mayu's earpiece is hanging. Apparently it malfunctioned. Probably why her vocals aren't spot on.
@@christiankonecny2596 tbf whilst I noticed it a little ( the vocal ) I just put it on the emotion that was clearly evident 😊👍
@@christiankonecny2596 Thanks
I personally think it’s both the emotion and the earpiece. Either way I still love it. Happy Birthday Mayu! 10 November.
