I filled my entire car up at a single estate / garage sale. This yard sale had an insane amount for quality clothing and I was the only one interested. I ended up spending over $500 at the sale and should make a pretty good profit selling the stuff on ebay. It was truly a reselling dream score. I hope you enjoy this POV video and haul!

Omg.....this was absolutely maybe one of the best yard sale hauls that I've seen. I am shook with the amount of stuff you got along brand of those items, I love Woolrich & Pendleton everything in new & like new condition! I cannot wait to hopefully see more of the items you will be able to purchase from her in the near future!!!

Exciting video and congratulations on the major haul! He had an amazing sense of style! Although I love going to Estate sales, (know this was a yard sale) they always make me kind of sad because it usually means someone has passed away. Appreciate how respectful and sensitive to the situation you always are, and that’s why you always score big.
Very true estate sales where the person has passed is always a bit uneasy. But, the family’s hire the estate company’s and know that people are coming in. So I don’t feel weird about it normally. But, I still understand the feeling.

I find it weird/sad when the estate company put out the half empty bottles of things. I don't know anyone who would want to purchase a partially used store brand personal lubricant, yet there it is...

Great haul! The lady said her husband just passed away & your answer was "oh hey." You just proceed to ask how much was the shirt. You just wanted to make that purchase and were really excited to score these things. Wow!
Yeah it was an estate sale so a lot of time the case is that someone passed. So it’s a pretty common thing to hear at them. And I’m not someone to pry into other peoples business so I just let comments like that sit. If it were me and my SO passed away I wouldn’t want to constantly bring up their passing with strangers. Or hear others talking about it. It’s hard enough having to let go of their stuff that day. So I just stay out of it if I can.
@@ReadySetResell Yes, I could understand that & you probably heard that statement a lot. For me, it was hard to see that because just saying "I'm sorry to hear that" would show a little empathy. You don't need to get in her business. She brought it up, at least you could acknowledge what she said. I guess you were there to purchase the things and not being someone's counselor.
Love that you were there to pick up the scraps that the others ignored! The picking/reselling angels are definitely rockin it out for you!

Exactly. I went to a whole community sale before this estate sale and only ended up buying like 2 things out of the entire thing. We gotta keep going and grinding. Then eventually it pays off!

When she said $10 for the box of t-shirts I don't know how you didn't faint! When you were looking at the flannel and mentioned you had a box of shirts 'over there', I about lost it! I have dreams of going to sales and getting deals but for some reason my buys always disappear, it feels so real at the time and I have the same dream all the time! I haven't been a re-seller in over 10 yrs., just a bit here and there. OK, I'm only 7 mins. in, back to the show, I hope my dream doesn't come true!
Haha I didn’t even need to look at the rest of the shirts 😆 and around here people are usually respectful of other peoples buying piles. I keep an eye on it of course but I’ve never had a problem 😁👍

could you touch on how you're dealing with the huge new volume of items you're getting in? are you a listing machine, or are you taking your normal approach.
I'm pretty use to managing larger scores now. So, I just process them as normal. I'm not doing anything special. Although it is nice when I find these in the summer months since I am not going to thrift stores as much. This gives me extra listing time.
