Seems like it's about perfect for frame tubes and such. I can't foresee ever having to cut a big honkin' square tube like that myself.
I had one and returned it. A porta-band or cheap HF horizontal band saw were much nicer to use compared to the chop saw.
Weird...I have a very old Harbor Freight chop saw and it mows through just about anything I put in thru it...
