best way to engine brake, change gear so the rpm needle would be at say 10k on a datsun, but let the clutch back out slowly so that the engine quickly drops its rpm faster thus braking quicker and more effectively.

Pro tip: Set your steering to more sensitive bcs your steering wheel spins too much while your wheels turns too little. With more sensivity you could react faster.

Hmm, not sure, I guess it depends on the CPU. I have a similar GPU (3060 12GB) but a different CPU (i5 12400F). I have like 40 mods enabled, some mods seriously make the game lag. Even for me it drops to 50fps sometimes, normally I get 77fps with all my mods.
try beating rally with stock sat suma only A fire extinguisher must be installed in the fire extinguisher holder inside Satsuma. The roll cage must be installed from Fleetari Repair Shop. The racing harness must be installed to the Satsuma. Any tire other than the racing slicks must be installed. The car must have passed the inspection. can you have
