That was the intention! Chiang Mai has it all. You can stay in a chill area like this one and dip in for the party every now and again, if need be. I have a feeling I'll be back very soon! Thanks for watching and joining the convo! :-))
Yes! I was in a very local area, outside of the city center and it was super peaceful. I hope you can visit soon (just don't go during burning season) Thanks for checking it out! :-))
most of my friends living permanently up in Chang Mai leave the city under the horrible burning season where u often cant se 20 steps in front of u because of the smog and smoke. and as a bonus and the hoards of chinese and korean tourists are on the rise again creating more traffic and smoke and trash and make prices high..3-4 times normal price in many cases Even air here in Bangkok is better that period.. But it is sure beautiful city...
Thanks for your comment, Natt! It's very unfortunate about the pollution in Chiang Mai. If I were to live there permanently, I would probably have to leave during the burning season. But I definitely fell in love with the city. Had a great time there! Thanks for watching. :-))
First nice, slow and quiet video about Thailand. This exactly for this vibe that I'm going in a few months/year. Not so much for the party side.

Funny how life slows to a crawl when the Ping floods downtown. Come visit, eat some pad thai, and get the fuck out.
