1989…I was at the height of my evangelical fundamentalist christian journey. I loved these bands, and still do even though I am now Atheist.

I was there. I got to see an impromptu debate between Norman Geisler, and Randal Terry in the merch building.

This was my first Cornerstone. I graduated high school that year and was about to leave for Marine Corps boot camp a few weeks after this. It was full of great memories. Great shows, went to a few seminars, end up finding new friends, talking to favorite bands while waiting in line at a food stand, buying merch, etc
I do remember that Arise skater guy getting a little pi$$y because people were leaving the skate ramp to go see The Crucified and Vengeance that were about to start playing. Probably should scheduled your little skater thing better because half the crowd just left right in the middle of his skater thing.
I still have demo tapes from bands that I picked up hanging out at their vehicle/tent and they had it playing on some crappy boombox. Good times!

I was hoping to see footage of LSU, The Crucified, Altar Boys, or any of the other bands that made cornerstone unique.
