Here's some tips - 1. Try to script your videos instead of saying it on the go which is why you stutter sometimes and don't know the right word to say. 2. Try to do some mild editing (adding some text on what you're talking about, and cutting footage) instead of just uploading raw footage, this shows you're not putting any effort at all. 3. Try to record on a table with a phone holder showing top view, this way you can avoid the very annoying camera shaking that looks very unprofessional. 4. You might not listen to this one, but trust me get rid of that intro just start your videos normally (example- hey how's it going guys...etc.) it will make your videos look way better. Currently you can tell that this video is made by a small RUclipsr. Hope these help you
You're absolutely right: the phone isn't worth it anymore with the official firmware on it. I'm a tech collector and have all the Galaxy S models up to S10 so far. This Galaxy S5 is actually really, really worth it with a custom ROM on it without the Google Apps (GAPPS) installed. I installed Lineage 20 on it (Android 13) and with third-party apps like the Aurora Store (an amazing replacement for the Play Store), the really light but blazing-fast Via Browser, RUclips ReVanced Extended, etc., the S5 is absolutely stunning and blazing fast. It could even have been my daily driver today, but the battery life is okay, not that great (much longer-lasting than with the old software on it and without all those heavy Google apps though). So my advice to anyone owning one: root it and install Lineage on it, it's enchanting.
Personally think its a great phone . Removable battery - big plus Waterproof upto 1 meter for upto 30 mins (great if using at beach, boats, kayaks etc) Is very small and easy to carry Can still do the basics absolutely fine including internet and using as a hoptspot device No worries about damage as can pick these up in mint condition for about £30 If you need a relatively disposable phone that can do still do alot , the S5 mini is worth it in 2024
I have one and it’s been obsolete for a few years. For me, web browsing is horrible. Like you said, just don’t get it. Bonus, you can still use it as a phone and I could see getting it for a grandparent.
