I do not get the hero part. He did his job, like all the others. The fact that he died is extremely sad, but it does not turn the person into a hero. That is not fair to all the other people who do their jobs, but happen to survive. It is ridiculous. Again: He did his job, like probably every other firefighter would do, because it is their passion.
