My old cat used to wail the whole way there and back, not sure who was more traumatised, him or me.
Love the kitchen dresser the Spode Christmas Tree when my husband was alive and my daughters were young we started collecting this we live near Worcester and at the time Royal Worcester factory was still open so we would buy some pieces every year over the years we had lots of dishes jugs candle holders etc and 16 of all the plates bowls mugs etc fast forward to 2014 my husband has died and both my daughters were married so time to downsize from the family home so I split the Christmas Tree collection was split between both my daughters who add to them now it’s when and where we can find some…. It’s lovely to go into my daughters and see from 1 December all the Christmas crocks are out makes my heart sing seeing the Christmasses we shared as a family when they were little girls they continue with their boys…. Your furry friends are so well behaved Mr Carrington. They went into the carriers without a problem and it just shows how much you care for them and make them feel safe. Loved the whole video and I was watching in the warmth with my mug of tea, snacks and early afternoon sunshine. A nice relaxed Sunday for me before the madness of the working week begins. Hope you get through all your admin!
Hey Iwan! Thanks for this choco-block vlog. Love you did a plug for the Christmas charity. You are the only vlogger that I watch on RUclips that has done so, so far! I much preferred the Scandinavia Christmas decorations that we saw in your Gothenburg vid to the ones in Fortnums. Pumpkin and mittens are so chilled going to the vets. My cat hides when the carrier comes out . I get more stressed than she does, I dread it. 😂

Your cats are so well-behaved going to the vets, mine yowls from the minute she goes into her basket until the minute we get home. She's an old lady now, almost 19, but is still going strong I'm pleased to say.
It’s the people that you miss more than the work but I have a feeling you will be making new friends and finding new adventures in no time.

That tux looks amazing on you I love the wide lapels--very chic, very Cary Grant (in a good way!) I've seen a lot of cities dressed for Christmas, but London is far and away my favorite. The street decorations are sparkling and gorgeous. (Hope you're feeling better very soon.)

I have similar bottle lights and they are wonderful for all the seasons! The kittens look so sleek and healthy, gorgeous really. Taking a moment to thank you for visiting your local shelter with all the supplies for the cats there. I am in the USA and in process of adopting another cat with special needs, so seeing those lovelies made my heart feel full. Once more, I am so grateful to have found you so many years ago.
The christmas mugs and plate display in the kitchen looks great, I like it a lot more with the string lights on the hooks than mugs there :)

Great vlog as ever! In the early 80's my mum used to take our cats to the vets on the bus in a cardboard box! Oh I love F&M! Margaret Dabbs do amazing cream for really dry feet and it lasts for ages!!

Yes tis the season for 'golf ball' throat and runny nose here also. I made the error of loading up a donation bag for charity shop only to discover it was closed (staff sickness) so was left lugging huge bin bag around town and home on bus again. It's the thought that counts🤣

Another fantastic video Iwan, thanks for taking us along with you, when you go to the charity shops again look and see if they have any bits of bling jewellery that you can use to decorate baubles with, I have amassed lots of pieces from them and also l have lots of Asian clothes that have beautiful embroidery and bling on them, they’re also ideal for decorating baubles too, creating unique pieces that nobody else has, something I will be doing next year, and that candlelight concert sounds and looks amazing too, so are the Christmas lights and decorations in the streets of London, tfs x Julie
