I have no relation or connection to Don Joaquin, but, having stayed here for the better part of a week and been in paradise every single second, I can tell you that there isn't a single shot or image in this video that is staged or fake. I personally rode with all of the working gauchos you see in the video and saw everything you did here but in real life. It really is that amazing. If anything, the video doesn't do it justice.
