How funny that you give credit of this to Egiptians & say texts are lost while this actually is found in older texts of Vedanta of Hindus and was / is practiced by tens of thousands of people. Vedanta pre-dates Egyptian culture and is richly documented, taught and practiced even today and it is exactly similar to what scientists found in Quantum physics.,.
And I'm not sure I appreciate what feels like what I like to call "chaser videos", "to be continued..." at which the primary strategy is the authors getting paid while we waste our time "chasing" nothing burgers.

What we believe we create. Send Good Intensions out. It is all about BALANCE. If we create Balance we are fine. If we create Imbalance then we will be required to fix the Imbalance we caused. It is only a matter of 'when' we will be expected to do so.

The only hindrance is the mind. Before we go too deep into our power/light, our mind should be stilled, which means having control over our thoughts, which, if not addressed, can lead us to unwanted consequences in later years of our lives. Take this wonderful technique and while inside, ask to be shown the way to erase the negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and desires from our inner bodies, so they do not grow with power/light and become uncontrollable like a team of wild horses. This quieting the mind is a different path but one of the most crucial paths before we become "full of power/light". There is no greater peace than a quiet, contemplative mind.
Your own "self realization" is the greatest thing that can be offered to this world.
Inquire within.
