I don’t know why but working my glutes feels so good for some reason lol. Maybe because they are sort tough to really work. And sitting around all day like most people they become completely inactive.
Great thank you. You look such a healthy individual. Just the way everyone should strive to look: healthy and happy. Thanks for being an inspiration and for the amazing teachings. 🙏
Incredible. I’ve never felt my glutes activate like this. I’ve been doing weighted glute bridges and I notice that I’m not really activating the right area. This had me burning!!!!
Thank you so much for this! For many years, I’ve always been discouraged to do this because of the mistakes you explained that are common. I’m finally able to target my glutes consistently from this video that you put out 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you again!
I recently had Major Back Surgery, & my Physical Therapist said I've got to strengthen my BACK MUSCLES.... ANY SUGGESTIONS, & Thank You VERY, VERY MUCH !!!.....
Hi there! Here is one of our videos that demonstrates a push up progression that you may be interested in checking out! ruclips.net/video/tf3VNkmzHq0/видео.html&ab_channel=WeShape
Great video, my inexperienced self went and did this wrong and hurt my back in the process. Now that my back is feeling better I'm going to do it this way!
I hurt my back at work. I’m doing Physio for it. I’ve strained muscles 3rd layer down connecting to my spine. Small fibre tears. My back is very tight. My lower back is always hurting. What do you suggest to heal and strengthen my inner back muscles?
I truly appreciate what you’re doing thank you so very much I was one of those people that were doing this exercise completely wrong, but thanks to you I will now do it correctly and build my splits. Peace and blessings to you!
I do them both ways. Sometimes I hold as much as I can. Sometimes I repeat, but I always stay on the position at least a second or two before repeating.
This is the only excercise that i feel in my glutes i use a 35 lb for 35 to 40, reps i would do less reps if i had a 45 lb dumbell and thank you for this 😊
Thank you for finally showing people how to do it. It’s not just putting your pelvic floor into the ground, there is so much more to it… some RUclipsrs shouldn’t have a channel unless they know what they’re talking about. 😂🙌
I would love to see more details on how to correctly squat and do push ups on the floor (not wall push ups).. I have seen your other videos on this but now that I am in the habit of doing them daily, would love even more detail..
The important thing is to be able to view yourself in the mirror while you are doing it. That's the only way out for beginners to get the posture correct. Have a full size mirror at home.
I see exercises for knees. I have torn meniscus in both knees. I still work out in the gym and enjoy Zumba, but not sure how to help and not further damage them. I am doing leg presses with 150#. Not sure if it is okay.
That's a great question! For specific movement questions like this, we encourage you to join one of our Q&A calls within our program! is there a recommended amount of reps or sets I'm confused on if I'm supposed to hold the position or if this is a repetition exercise
I do them both ways. Sometimes I hold as much as I can. Sometimes I repeat, but I always stay on the position at least a second or two before repeating.
