It would be cool to add another village, and have them rival and have a dangerous path between, the world is beautiful and all but there need story, maybe a village that was destroyed by pillegers?

For the area that u haven’t transformed yet I suggest you build a stone statue of yourself alone with a garden as a reminder to the villagers of a time when a brave hero once fought to protect them… And that is the very reason they can go on today. If you make market stalls, use string and carpets along with banners to make a better roof for the stalls. Also, maybe add a big tent with long tables full of random stuff for communal trading, and food stands as well.
This is the most creative “let’s play”-type series I’ve probably ever seen. I can’t remember being interested in a let’s play in years, like not since Minecraft’s initial wave of popularity in the early 2010s. The amount of work and production quality of this is insane, and I love the way it blurs the line between storytelling and gameplay. Not to mention your building skill. I also love the way you take it slow, so to speak, instead of rushing through the game just to “beat” it. It really captures the feeling of what Minecraft used to feel like to me. Keep it up!

The most frustrating thing about progressing your custom-made village is that the villagers don't progress. Sometimes they'll get stuck in one weird place.

i've been watching The Hammer minecraft survival gameplay so watching this gives me a nice refresher with the different kinds of texture packs there are and how more minecrafty this gameplay series is compared to the realistic texture pack in The Hammer gameplay series.
