Interviewer interrupts the guest quite often, suggest that he be a listener more to allow the interviewee an opportunity to speak. 2. Many questions go unasked such as the challenges that the player faced and how they overcame them good and bad to assist those walking the same path. 3. The interviewer has no structured way of questions should perhaps uses cards with questions to ensure all topics are covered. Overall, it's a good platform you have for us.
