I used to use this exact technic when i was in 9th grade. It’s been 2 years and TRUST ME...I STILL REMEMBER THE WHOLE CHEMISTRY BOOK TILL NOW. Only those parts that i studied during ramadan. I Don't even need to revise them, those chapters are just stuck in my mind. But all the other chapters are messed up in my mind. I can't even remember what i studied 2 days ago. While i can literally recall those 2-3 chapters without any struggle right now. I don't even need to revise them. That's actually a blessing guys. Alh'amdulillah.

Why would a god that is considered to be the good god want people on this earth to go through pain? Even though the principle of sacrifice is good, it should never result in actually having to feel bad for it. If a religion considers itself to be moral, it should be clear that fasting the way it is considered in Islam is not moral anymore… Religion should be your personal thing, so if you feel like doing certain things your religion wants you to, don’t feel pressured to do them even though you believe that there is no greater value to it. But yeah Islam is still at the beginning of its reconnaissance

Ramadan is the month of fasting . We intake so many things during the whole year that our body gets filled with waste , few wastes for example amino acid which get accumulated at some places can't get out through excretion & urination . Fasting have prooved that it releases certain enzymes that clear thosr blockage and make the passage smoother . So If you related you will understand that what islam has taught is always good for our own self . Ramadan not only make us fast but also it increase our faith and obedience towards work , culture . And as you may have heard that one should come out of comfot zone if he/she wishes to strive & be successfull ? So ramadan is the month where when u strive and do multitasting you become more steady & healthy not just physically but mentally . Strength comes from belief and we believe that the plan which is designed for us is the best . Untill we don't go through the hardship we wont become strong . Even diamonds go through hardship to become diamond . Sun burn to be the sun .

We fast during Ramadan for maybe 14 or 15 hours, and at iftar we get full in just 10 minutes, and even that is enough for some things... We help the poor, we pray to God, and we do our lessons according to a schedule, and in other words, we do our best to make everyone happy during Ramadan. we do our best

after having suhoor and then praying fajr .. i used to study when everyone in the house were asleep . and that was one of the best times i loved to study . i just loved to study at that time.. let me know if anyone did the same
I've a very opposite routine this month but its actually working pretty well so far. 1. I sleep after iftar and wake up before midnight. I pray taraweeh, read some Quran and then start studying till suhoor. I pray in between when I take breaks from studying. 2. After suhoor I sleep for a few hours before college. 3. Returning from college, I pray and read most of the Quran at this time. 4. This way I get enough time to help with the iftar preparations and have fun as well. Note- I live in India, so I guess this schedule might not work where there's little time between suhoor and uni.

Makes me realize how nice school is in Maldives. It is usually around 3-4 hours and less than 2 for primary. Total fasting time is from around 5 to 6:20* and taraavees starts at 7:40 (in 2024)

I fasted last year during my exams but on the very first day fell sick. I had 5 days for the exam but I was able to study during the last 2 days. I didn't fast till my exams were over. Thankfully this year my exams are starting just before exams. I'll try to fast now. If it goes well, then I'll continue. Guys, Please Pray for me to get good grades and a great future. This is the first time in my life i have to study in Ramadan, my exam is next week and I've been struggling with my routine and cant find the energy to study at all But im definitely going to try out this routine
Its actually a pause for some people Cause I wake up around 10am clean my house do normal chores then take shower then read quran and boom suddenly its 2pm and ive got 10% energy left then I lie down for a while then gotta help mom to prepare for iftar then pray asar then continue the prep then its iftar time then maghrib at 6pm so everything takes around 1/2 hour so its 6:30pm now then lie down for a while then isha and taraweeh from 7:30-9pm then dinner then sleep then tahajjud😢 Literally NO TIME AND ENERGY LEFT to do anything else.
3rd yr of med school & I have a v.short amount of time to learn a LOT this exam period. but I agree with everything you said, and I would have most likely approached my studying this way as well. بارك الله فيكم.
