Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. Today I’m back with a weekly sewing catch up. I’m sharing some recent makes, some fabric and patterns and some sewing plans.

I now have FOUR bestie bags! I love all the sizes including the baby one 🥰
Your dresses are very inspiring and look very pretty and comfortable. Now I want to make something with a puff sleeve. Thanks also for showing the BF Bestie bag - finding a bag that is the right size at a reasonable price which matches my aesthetic is a challenge and you demonstrated that making your own is a great solution. I have lots of quilting cotton and can reinforce the outer layer with interfacing.

Love the balloon sleeve dress. I bet that would look great as a top with, possibly, a button placket at the back. And, as I keep saying to myself, there's only 2 types of clothes - those that fit and those that don't (so I love your attitude). Great video as always👋

I did 3 toiles for the Nell dress. I sized down from a 7 to a 5 as I recall. I also had to lower the bust darts and slightly alter the angle

Yes...I agree with jacket for the animal print denim. Have a look at Pattern Emporium "downtown jacket". I just finished restyling an oversized style arc Archie that I just didn't like and never wore for a year I've had it in the closet.... it was too oversized and mehhhhh... But I recut it into the Downtown jacket and viola I've worn it twice already and love it. Plan on making a second one this week.
I added instead pockets but adjusted them to be anchored at the waist
